Order Support
Once you place an order with Sheesa Store, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
For custom curtain orders, please double-check measurements and selections before completing your purchase, as personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation after processing begins.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Standard delivery times:
- USA: 7 business days
- Europe: 15 business days
- Other international destinations: Varies by location
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect after your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.
Note: Custom-made curtains or personalized products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
